I had a fantastic stay at Pavillon Boutique Hotel & Apartment Nha Trang! The staff were incredibly accommodating, going above and beyond to upgrade my room when the one I booked wasn't available. The location couldn't be better, just a short walk to the beach, and the jacuzzi on the top floor was a fun surprise! 🌊✨

The staff, especially Dao the manager, went out of their way to make me feel comfortable, but the room quality left a lot to be desired. I had a One Bedroom Sea View Apartment with a balcony, but unfortunately, there were some problems. The decor was nice, yet the conditions weren’t great - I encountered issues with flooding from the shower and had to deal with bed bugs in the second room. Not ideal, right?

The staff were incredibly helpful and accommodating, even upgrading my room when there was an issue with my original booking. The location was perfect, just a short walk to the beach and close to plenty of restaurants and shops.
